Who Am I?
I’m not just a coach; I’m a proud redhead, neurodivergent, midlife reinventor, and mum to a furry rescue Doberman named Freya.
At 45, my ADHD diagnosis and severe burnout made everything click.
Laughing too loudly, acting too sensitive, being ‘too much’.
Being a high achiever who ‘gets things done’ but also who would misplace her brain if it wasn’t stored safely in her skull…
The ‘lifetime’ of anxiety and depression.
Feeling completely different from everyone else and always searching for something…
And the daily overwhelm, no matter what I did.
My diagnosis has deepened my understanding of myself and ignited a renewed passion for supporting others on their journeys of self-discovery, well-being, and embracing their unique selves.
Now, my mission is to support others who have always felt ‘different’ to discover their strengths, align with their values, prioritise well-being, and embrace their authentic selves to thrive.

Coaching sessions are approximately 60 minutes long.
What do we talk about?
Each session is tailored to you. If you get stuck, I’ll guide you. I’m here to support you in exploring and achieving positive, actionable change.
How often do we meet?
Sessions typically start fortnightly and can adjust based on your needs as we work together.
Where do we meet?
Coaching sessions are held over Zoom.
Do I have to book multiple sessions?
You can book one or more sessions. Booking in advance secures your preferred time and days.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership centred around goal setting, positive and actionable change, and accountability.
