A Little About Janine

At 45, my AuDHD diagnosis and severe burnout made everything click.

Laughing too loudly, being too sensitive or ‘too much’.

What felt like a ‘lifetime’ of anxiety and overwhelm.

Thinking too much, feeling different and like I never fit in…

Being a high achiever who ‘gets things done’ but walks into walls, trips over things that weren’t there, and has the uncanny ability to lose everything!

A writer and reader who is the self-professed Queen of the Typo.

And then there was the collection of mental and physical health ‘issues’.

What followed has been a LOT of questions, learning, reflecting, emotions, and change.

My diagnosis deepened my understanding of myself and ignited a renewed passion for supporting others on their journey of self-discovery.

Now, my mission is to support others like you who have always felt ‘different’ in discovering your unique strengths, prioritising your health and wellbeing, and embracing your authentic self to thrive.
