How Can Coaching Help?
A Little About Janine
At 45, my ADHD diagnosis and severe burnout made everything click.
Laughing too loudly, being too sensitive or ‘too much’.
What felt like a ‘lifetime’ of anxiety and overwhelm.
Thinking too much, feeling different and like I never fit in…
Being a high achiever who ‘gets things done’ but would walk into walls, trip over things that weren’t there and who had the uncanny ability to lose everything!
A writer and reader who is the self-professed Queen of the Typo.
And then there was the collection of mental and physical health ‘issues’.
What followed has been a LOT of questions, learning, reflecting, emotions, and change.
My diagnosis deepened my understanding of myself and ignited a renewed passion for supporting others on their journey of self-discovery.
Now, my mission is to support others like YOU who have always felt ‘different’ to discover your unique strengths, prioritise your health wellbeing and embrace your authentic self to thrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ADHD coaching?
Just like ADHD brains, ADHD coaching is a little different and is tailored to support you as someone who has ADHD.
Incorporating a mix of coaching and mentoring techniques and approaches, each coaching session is tailored to you as you are unique!
As a neurodivergent person, it’s also important to be supported by someone who gets it. And I’ve been there. Late diagnosed neurodivergent, recovery from severe burnout, anxiety. I’ve also worked with numerous coaches and mentors who had different styles – some of which helped, others that didn’t.
How much does coaching cost?
Each 60-minute session costs $125 AUD + GST. This includes minor email support outside of session.
For details related to mentoring in the workplace, get in touch for more information.
Is ADHD coaching and mentoring beneficial for adults?
ADHD coaching is designed to support adults with ADHD in various aspects of life, including work, business, home, and personal development.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No, you do not need a diagnosis. Self-diagnosis, exploring a diagnosis and having a diagnosis are all valid.
Can I still benefit if I don’t have ADHD or have another diagnosis?
Absolutely!
My coaching and mentoring approach is holistic and adaptive, taking into account your individual circumstances and providing guidance for overall well-being.
What can I expect when I work with you?
My coaching style is a mix of coaching and mentoring techniques and approaches depending on your overall needs and goals, as well as your focus and the support you need during our sessions together.
