I offer a few different ways to work together, depending on where you’re at and what kind of support makes sense right now.
If you’re not sure, a single session is always a fine place to start. And if your calendar is anything like mine, booking ahead is sometimes the only way anything actually happens.
All sessions are held via Zoom. Post-session notes are included as standard — because good conversations deserve to be captured before life moves on.
Single Session
$140 Incl. GST · 60 minutes · via Zoom
A single session can be a useful place to start, reset, reflect, or work through something specific. There’s no commitment beyond the session itself — you book when it suits you, and we work with whatever’s most present for you that day.
Includes:
6-session coaching block
$840 Incl. GST · 6 x 60 minutes · via Zoom
For clients who’d like regular support and some continuity — without having to think about rebooking every time. A 6-session block gives us space to build a steady rhythm and actually see strategies through, rather than starting fresh each time. Sessions can be fortnightly for a more focused period, monthly, or every three weeks — whatever works for your life and capacity right now.
This can be particularly useful if you’re navigating ADHD or AuDHD-related overwhelm, work or study demands, burnout recovery, capacity planning, boundaries, routines, emotional regulation, or the period after diagnosis.
A note on flexibility: I know ADHD and AuDHD brains don’t always cooperate with plans. If life shifts, we shift with it — sessions can be rescheduled (with 24 hours + notice). The point is consistency over time, not rigidity.

Quarterly planning session
$210 Incl. GST · 90 minutes · via Zoom
A dedicated space to step back, reflect, and move into the next three months with more clarity and less chaos. This session is for when you’re juggling a lot, making decisions that feel harder than they should, or wanting to review your capacity before it reviews you.
Together we’ll look at what’s been working, what hasn’t, where your energy is actually going, and what realistic priorities look like for the coming quarter — across work, health, relationships, and whatever else matters most to you right now. You’ll leave with a clear written summary and a printable plan to refer back to.
These sessions work best done regularly — the more context we build across quarters, the more useful the planning gets. I’ll send reminders when the next one is due, so it’s one less thing to remember.

Working Together
I work with a small number of clients at any one time, so I can offer consistent and thoughtful support.
You don’t need a plan to get started — a single session is a completely valid place to begin, and plenty of people find their rhythm from there. If you already know you’d like something more regular, a block gives you protected calendar space and less to organise going forward.

Are you eligible for government assistance?
If you’re in Australia, the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) may cover the cost of ADHD or AuDHD coaching. I’m happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions — it’s not always the most neurodivergent-friendly system.
