Zoom processes personal information in order to provide its services. Depending on account configuration, some Zoom data (including metadata, recordings or transcripts) may be stored or processed on servers located outside Australia.
By participating in Zoom sessions with me, you acknowledge and consent to:
- The use of Zoom as a third‑party service provider
- The creation of session summaries or transcripts where enabled
- The potential for limited personal information to be processed or stored outside Australia
I take reasonable steps to configure Zoom securely and minimise data collection wherever possible.
6. Cloud Storage and Data Location
I use secure digital systems to store personal information, including:
- Microsoft OneDrive (with multi‑factor authentication enabled)
- Local encrypted storage systems for archived records
Some cloud service providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, I take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws, including through contractual protections and secure account configuration.

I retain coaching and client records for seven (7) years following the conclusion of our working relationship, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
After this period, records are securely deleted or archived in a de‑identified form.
